• Searching job boards such as Monster, Naukri and other free Job Boards and Google for resumes matching the requirements of the job openings provided by clients. • Searching on LinkedIn, Google and other web resources. • Handling Mid-Senior level Management profiles. • Managing client’s database for entering candidates.

My responsibiltites include: • Going through the clients requirements and Understanding what the client require. • Souring active candidates from Monster, Careerbuilder, MRI Network & Hot Jobs and from Google using AIRS techniques. • Searching for passive candidates from Hoovers, Zoominfo, and other internet resources. • Good knowledge using the database PCR (PC Recruiter). • Thorough knowledge of extracting candidates which the client requires. • Verticals worked on: Hospitals/ Healthcare & many more
