- Resolve tickets in production - Create / Run scripts in production for data clean up - Schedule jobs in production - Raise defects in production for bugs - Verification activities during roll out.

I have been working as Senior Test Engineer with TechMahindra LTD(India location) since Nov 2009. I have been deputed at the client location (Telefonica) in Munich ,Germany and have been working here since Dec 2014. I am responsible for all QA related activities starting from Test Effort estimation , Test Planning , Test Preparation ,Test Execution and reporting.
