• Teaching Experience in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Modern biomaterials and coatings for lectures, seminars and laboratory work • Assisting the deputy head of the department: responsible for the planning and control of the study load, preparation of reports on the department's work • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, to a large and diverse audience (students/staff/faculty)

• PVD synthesis: DC magnetron sputtering, HiPIMS (high-power impulse magnetron sputtering) of metal, metal oxide and nitride (Zn, Ag, AZO, Cu, NiO, ZnO) thin films • Optimization of electrodes for organic solar cells • Material analysis: - microstructural characterization via SEM and AFM - optical characterization in UV/vis and IR ranges via Fourier-transform spectroscopy - electrical characterization of thin films • Full autonomy in experiment design, execution and reporting

• Development of porous multilayer systems (ZnO, C and composites C/Zn, C/Ni, C/ZnO, C/NiO, ZnO/NiO and Zn/ZnO/NiO) using DC magnetron sputtering • Improvement of electrochemical properties by combining micro- and nano-elements in porous structures for potential application in electrodes for Li-ion batteries • Thin film characterization including SEM/EDX, TEM, AFM, XRD • Managing responsibilities: PhD student supervision, acquisition of consumables and equipment, project reporting and budget administration.
