• Develop ETF business in Europe and United States for ICBCCS, a joint venture of ICBC (largest bank in China) and Credit Suisse.

• Oversaw overall ETF business for ChinaAMC, a prominent asset manager in China with USD 150 billion total assets, including strategic planning, product development, operations, capital market and global marketing strategies for 13 ETFs listed in Hong Kong, Japan and US. • Established and maintained global partnerships with US ETF managers Van Eck Global and Direxion.

• Oversaw business and product development for Value Partners (Stock Code: 806 HK), a leading asset manager in Asia with US$15 billion total AUM. It currently manages 8 ETFs listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. • Maintained institutional client relationships and partnerships in multiple Asian markets including China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia and Thailand. • Monitored product development process for newly listed exchange traded funds (ETFs).

• Successfully doubled departmental AUM from USD 1b to USD 2b in 18 months as the sole BD manager by actively promoting Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and advisory service to institutional clients including asset managers, brokers, fund of funds, pension funds and family offices in Asia-Pacific. • Led a team of four to develop and maintain institutional client relationships in multiple Asian markets including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.

• Established sales channels in China including local banks, financial institutions, business associations and consulting companies to solicit high net worth individuals with USD 1+ million investable assets. • Supervised and coached 6 sales teams comprising 100+ members in 6 major cities in China including Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

• Planned and organized trade events in Asia and Europe, including exhibitions, marketing seminars, forums and business missions with individual project budget up to USD 2 million. • Organized Hong Kong Pavilions for international trade shows in Cologne and Frankfurt, Germany – the world’s largest exhibitions in hardware and lighting industries.

• Developed and managed client relationship in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Thailand. • Conducted sales presentation for multinational retail chain stores in Asia-Pacific. • Undertook consumer market analysis and financial projections for regional marketing programs.
