We provide Project Management and Contract Management services to our clients in a variety of different industries. I currently am involved in reviewing and analysing contract documents and claims.

A site based engineer working on a wide variety of construction projects throughout Auckland. These projects ranged from foundation piling to water treatment facility structures. Responsibilities included: Developing construction work plans and methodologies from specifications and technical drawings. Managing Subcontractors, suppliers, quality management and health and safety on site. Liaising with clients and design engineers. Tracking expenditure and following the construction budget. Site surveying.

Undertaking quality inspections of reinforcing steel and formwork. Generating construction work plans and supervising concrete pours.

Supervision of laborers. Setout for masonry compound wall.
