My current missions : - Team Management (13 FTE) - Sales & Services management and development - Suppliers demand - Stock management - Operational Marketing - Distribution channels relationships

- - Development and follow up of local sales and after-sales marketing actions and elaboration of the local communication plan (i.e. : Flash Sales for stocking out, Pro+ operation, Twingo launching client night party, Accessories plan 500). - Supply Chain Management with PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventories) method and stock management with FIFO method (First In First Out) and animation of sales forecasts meetings with Sales managers and Branch Managers.

- Recruitment; management; team skills development; conducting tenders; and implementing process. - Marque Management of Renault and Dacia in Morocco and integrated communications. - Management of the advertising, media and Web agencies and of the Call Center. - Database enrichment, datamining and development of CRM actions. - Revision of websites updates and audience improvement thanks to organic and paying search and work on social network. - Events organization and partnerships negotiation.

- Implementation of a service offer, client acquisition and follow up of listing campaigns and of customer satisfaction, giving advice and accompanying client in the optimization of their campaign (i.e. Webinar). - Development of customer loyalty actions especially towards key accounts.

- Events organization: logistics and specific communication. - Elaboration of newsletters and implementation of direct marketing operations.
