Preparing Engineering surfaces for all plastic parts from initial concepts, Provided multiple proposals and make feasible CAD solutions. Developing concepts as per tooling considerations and design guidelines. Preparing engineering drawing for plastic parts. Preparing templates and layout drawings for seat components as per ECE/FMVSS regulations, also communicating with customer and carry out developments in design. Generating CAD model as per OEM (BMW) Standards and Methodology.

Managing a team of 2-4 employees including CAD engineers & Trainees.Successfully managing all the variants of cushion & backrest like Leather, Fabric. Completely responsible for 3D & 2D data preparation & integration to internal PDM system. Worked extensively on Foam design & development,Proposal preparation, clash analysis, environment parts study and structure study & accordingly suggest solutions. Initiate corrective measures to resolve design related problems.
