A six-month short-term-assignment for: - Performing ergonomics-check and improvements follow-up for Car Multimedia and Diesel System production lines based on Bosch ergonomic standard and optimization ergonomic. - Executing line improvements for Diesel system products in the area of time study, MTM, ergonomic, standardized work and routing for all process improvements.

- Lead suppliers through APQP and PPAP processes for new projects - Perform supplier audits for conformance to TS16469 & VDA 6.3 - Tracking monthly quality data (PPM, PLKZ & PLKZ/bn). - Lead suppliers do the right containment actions, root cause analysis, and preventive actions for the defect parts

Short term assignment to support suppliers for new Car Multimedia and GCU projects.

- Schedule audit and evaluate factories from their quality system, quality control, working environment, production process control, safety, environmental, and tooling maintenance. - Created Audit Reports and recommend customers for qualified suppliers for export - Performed quality test such as measurement, surface roughness, hardness, impact, density, abrasion resistance, etc. - Conducted final inspection and develop reports to customer for approval before shipment.

As an Engineering Intern, I worked to establish production standards in two Value City distribution centers and assisted in the evaluation and process improvement of the “back room processes” within the Value City’s retail store chain.

As a Bacheloe student working in a team toward Green Belt Six-Sigma Certified, we are responsible for increasing patient satisfaction by reducing calls volume using Six-Sigma Approach.

As Production Engineering Intern, I was asked to perform various tasks to improve productivity in Boehringer’s packaging and production lines as well as assisted in process and production metrics collection and evaluation.

As Industrial Engineering Intern, I was trained to perform Lean manufacturing skills to continuous productivity and quality improvement in Assembly Line.
