•Contribute to the Supply Chain strategy, focused on product availability to create an accurate short-/mid- and long-term Forecast. •Build the foundation of supply chain analytics excellence by developing and optimizing forecasting tools to predict short-term and long-term demand. •Collaborate with senior stakeholders from Management, Buying and Category team to provide input for business targets by conducting scenario simulations for forecasting.

•Reviewing processes of the EMEA Operations team and seeking for improvement. •Collaboration with 3PL warehousing and Customer Care-teams to fill customer orders •Check material availability to support Customer Care and sales team •Troubleshooting outbound EDI errors and stock discrepancies with 3PL / Purchaser
 •Reporting according orders accuracy and product shortages
 •Processing team & KPI reporting and ensure KPI ́s are constantly met.
 •Supporting and cooperating with service administration.

•Responsible for the production control and material planning •Ensure correct parametrization of SAP. •Internal and external coordination to guarantee production requirements. •Improve delivery performance rating for domestic and foreign customers (quantity and deadline). •Collaboration with customers, suppliers and external service providers.

•Creation of scheduling agreements for new materials in SAP APO. •Alignment with national and international suppliers for material procurement for new projects. •Updating and submitting scheduling agreements.

•Inventory monitoring and control. •Creation, evaluation and analysis of Logistic KPIs. •Supporting external service managers in the daily operation.

• Daily collaboration with national and international suppliers to ensure raw material availability. • Report optimization using Excel VBA. • Monitoring and controlling delivery schedules to achieve the weekly production plan.

•Man Power Planning. • SAP problem management evaluations. •Payroll program development for parent and subsidiary companies.
