Working with a team of 3 HR Assitants to handle over 100 vacancies, most of which were highly specialised or niche. Headhunted and relocated ca. 30 specialist engineers, including Chassis Technical Expert, Vehicle Dynamics Engineers, Embedded Electronics Engineers, Mechanical Designers, CFD Specialists, CAE Engineers, Automotive Quality Specialists and more. Standardised the interview methodology to ensure traceability, repeatability and optimal use of candidate pools.

360° recruitment role – achieved target within first 4 months and took ownership of a major client account (£36bn turnover). Clients were primarily from automotive, electronics manufacturing and energy sectors.

Managing key accounts from the recruitment sector, successfully achieving 10% revenue growth month-on-month. Managed all key implementations from inception to arrival as the main point of contact between our company and new clients, successfully completing transfers for over 6000 contractors.
