Collaborate with Research & Development, software and hardware engineers on new prototype designs for Surface Inspection System via Smart Line Scan cameras and system modifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Build system models, analyze system issues, and supervise development team during implementation process. Communicate status with customers to ensure top levels of customer satisfaction.

Liaised between Research & Development office in San Diego and executive office in Taipei to resolve complex, open-standing cases. Provided comprehensive support to local engineer teams in the field with system commissioning, system parameter settings, and installations. Negotiated required system modifications and implementations and received case acceptances. Collaborated closely with customers to achieve best possible solution for Advanced Defects Classification for diverse types of materials.

Orchestrated daily operations of R&D department for product development of electronic article surveillance equipment. Supervision and management of R&D projects (Hardware -and Software Projects). Designed analog / digital electrical schematics, PCB-layouts for accustom magnetic and radio frequency identification system. Developed an Acousto-Magnetic Mono System and implemented firmware in C language for tag detection. Completed performance testing.
