* Leading a team of product owners, software engineers, test managers and digital product designers in the definition and delivery of the adidas app - the commerce enabled brand experience on the native mobile app platforms for the adidas brand. - Led a team of product owners, developers, test managers, interaction and visual designers to deliver from the concept till rollout in the UK of the adidas mobile app - a personalized commerce brand experience. - Led a team in the creation and delivery of reusable components. - Led the technology stream up to roll out in the UK market for a mobile shopping application for the worlds first interchangeable football boots (adidas GLITCH). - Delivered an app for the loyalty program in the CIS market.

Owned the roadmap & delivery of the native reusable components for mobile app for iOS and android. Consulted business stakeholders and acted as servant leader for a development and UX team to deliver a mobile app for the loyalty program of adidas. Delivered a community commerce enabled mobile experience for adidas neo. Drove the change towards a mobile-first API framework for identity management of the consumer db. Implemented and drove adoption of agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban and SCRUMban)

Managed the development and the account relationship up to CEO level for the iPad experience of Manufactum (part of the Otto Group) and the retail sales associate application of Frankonia & SportScheck (both part of Otto Group), as well as the roll out in all stores of both retailers within Germany. Developed the Lidl app (iOS and android). Developed an app for sales representatives of Bayer AG for order taking within the pharmacies. Developed the DB Navigator app and the underlying mobile platform.
