• Troubleshooting issues and monitoring performance on various windows platforms (2003, 2008, 2012) and on various windows role servers (backup, SQL, AD…), troubleshooting VMs on Vcenters, • Implementing changes, doing other actions relevant for DC envirronment. • Have a full access on Win servers and Vcenters in Cloud environment (Data Centers)

• Solving issues remotely and doing configurations and installations of MS Office 2010, Office 2003, Office XP, Windows OS, Lotus Notes administration, Active Directory ID administration, supporting various business applications, monitoring SW deployments, • Solving backup issues • Reproducing issues • Supporting enterprise-size business • Updateing Knowledge base, organizing workflow, transition phase support • Managing users and group accounts on Global Active Directory basis

• Providing customer support for English, Italian and German speaking customers • Solving Windows problems, configuring Internet explorer, Microsoft Office, solving problems with various business applications, basic network troubleshooting, Lotus Notes client side troubleshooting

• IT infrastructure maintenance - resource planning for testing purposes, configuring Active Directory and solving problems pertaining to Acitve Directory and whole domain, system documentation maintenance, maintaining and conducting backup, participated in Terminal Server implementation
