In charge of assisting HR Director in the accomplishment of the company (total 14 subsidiaries and about 1400 employees) personnel policies and to ensure the strict compliance with the national regulation. Provide data to run payroll and to track the accuracy after all. Prepare annual admin budget, provided data for Strategic plan, Annual Operation Plan, Operation Review, and Quarterly Forecasting to analyze/ feedback/ provide consultant in these issues.

Be a representative of Hanoi office to work with the Hongkong office to deal with problems in the fields of IT, office administration and human resources. Manage everyday operation of Hanoi Office with wide range of responsibilities including office budget and expenditures, and human resource management in a good way and accordance to our global standard.
