Project scope: data consolidation from various ticketing tools and generation of global service delivery reports through SAP BI for measuring the SLA and KPI of the various projects.  Assisting and Supporting the Project Manager in organizational and administrative tasks  Maintaining and upgrading the IT Infrastructure  Definition of Escalation Matrix  Act as Single Point of Contact between Germany and India  Interfacing between different project groups and members
