Responsible for managing strategic procurement and capital investment contracts (both pre-award and post award). Major projects I was involved in are: - 120 MW Cogeneration Plant for STAR Refinery (BOO pre-award and FEED phases); - EPCM of 2x100.000 m3 crude oil and 2x30.000 m3 fuel oil tanks project (post-award phase); - Main agreements between TANAP and Socar Fiber for cooperation and dark fiber lease.

- Coordination of the commercial proposal preparation activities with support functions, - Drafting and negotiation of contracts for the investment and construction projects, - Drafting and negotiation of all other contractual documents, such as consortium agreements, supplier contracts, subcontracts, letter of intents, MoU etc. - Advising the project execution team on contractual matters and claims arising during the execution of the projects.

- Preparation of the commercial parts of proposals for construction of power plants on EPC basis, - Coordination of the commercial proposal preparation activities with support functions, - Negotiation of EPC Contracts for the construction of power plants with the Clients, - Drafting and negotiation of all other contractual documents, such as consortium agreements, supplier contracts, MoU etc. - Advising the EPC project team on contractual matters and claims arising during the execution of the projects.
