Managing of the request for proposal (RFP) Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required - Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

- Managing Software Testing Projects (Projects’ Teams are formed up to 14 members) - Responsible for creating Test Strategy and Test Plan Documents - Performance Testing, Security Testing and Automation Testing - Ensure conformance to Project Quality Requirements and issue Quality and Validation Reports - Handle communications between different site teams (onshore and offshore) - Training of new comers on Testing Process and Testing Lifecycle

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) of APTest (Test Cases Tool) - Prepared traceability matrix for requirements against test cases - Testing Time Estimates of Testing Projects - Integration Test Plan
