-R&D Mechanical Engineer involved on development and design of wireline tool for Plug & Abandonment. - Conducted research that tested and analyzed feasibility, design, operation and performance of logging tools, components and systems for wireline and perforating. - Specified material for production use in alignment with environmental concerns and budget constraints. - Perform Finite Element Analysis to verify the structural condition (Material Non-Linear Analysis).

- Fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments to demonstrate the structural integrity of an in-service component such as onshore pipeline, pressure vessels, offshore-structures. - Reliability base Inspection RBI (non-destructive essay) and evaluation of the main damage mechanisms: fatigue, creep, corrosion, others. - Finite Element Analysis to perform Level 3 assessment as per requirements from FFS API-579/ASME FFS 1.

- Prepare the Technical Requisition for Quotation base on COMPANY specifications and standard. - Verify the best Technical offer submitted by Vendors based on COMPANY & CONTRACT specification & standards. - Verify all documentation issued for Vendors during the project (MPS, ITP, Weld Procedure, Design Basis, Design Report, Drawings FAT, PVT, SIT and others.... - Meeting with Vendors (Pre Inspection Meetings & Design Review) to verify and adjust the progress of Project.

- Experience with Flexible Riser and equipment like clamps, bend restrictors, end-fitting connection. - Product Engineer - Approve drawings and design - Calculus with Mathcad - Support to another department (commercial and quality department)

- Experience with RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis), Failure Mode and Effect Criticality (FMECA) Analysis, HAZID (Hazard Identification), HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study). - Modification of hydraulic system. - Reviewer procedure of materials specification, welding and coating/painting. Reviewer of SOW, MTO, Design Basis, Design Report and others technical documents.

Structural Integrity API 579 / ASME FFS-1 (Fitness For Service). Finite Element Analysis (Linear and NonLinear analysis) - ANSYs. Knowledge in ASME VIII Div. II (Pressure Vessel). Structural Stability Analysis ( Buckling, Crack-Propagation and Fatigue Analsyis).
