• Design for Projects from Lkker Platform and pick up the issues of whole process of Projects • Recruit Designers in Germany and refine the process with other Managers in China • Cooperate with other resources such as design colleges and studios etc.

• Define product request ,feature and product style for relevant target groups together with Product planer & Portfolio team via market research and workshop • Handle industrial design part of products together with CMF designers • Accomplish initial mechanical design with Mechanical engineers and PM team to match target request for in-house projects as well as ODMs • Present design story and demonstrate design mockups for each product targeting Chinese market to clients in Sell-in meeting

Industrial designer for ODM department to design new concepts for roapmap to provide concepts to ODM suppliers to manage projects and cooperate with engineers of suppliers

• Define design process with owner of company as first designer and Chief design of LKK • Develop project plans and assigning tasks with Design Director via client needs • Complete Brainstorm for every project with most designers to obtain creative points and innovative design solutions • Assist engineers in mechanical design and prototype making in MD phase
