Characterization of acetyltransferase in Arabidopsis. To enrich and identify acetyltransferases in plants, an artificial synthesized peptide probe was utilized, which can mimic the substrate of acetyltransferases in vitro. In this study, we aim to identify lysine acetyltransferases in Arabidopsis by using subcellular localization analysis and co-immunoprecipitation approaches in combination with comparative proteomics and bioinformatics as sample processing and data analyzing tools.
