⦁ Transferred existing audio amplifier projects from the US counterparts. ⦁ Lead the HW team with the new 10 channel boosted audio amplifier development. ⦁ Support RFQ team for HW architecture high-level design and cost estimation. ⦁ Manage available local and offshore resources and assign the corresponding tasks to each member. ⦁ Work with multinational PM, SW, ME, AME, and system team, update project status, and participate in the review meetings. ⦁ Solve the issues reported during ED, DV and PV.

⦁ Review the current design and assist with the bench test, EMC test, and debugging. ⦁ Work with the product manager closely to analyze the expansion valve controller requirement and propose technical solutions. ⦁ Provide technical support and instruction to the hardware team to solve the field-reported issue. ⦁ Design and verify new analog sensor signal conditioning circuits using simulation tools like LT-spice and handmade prototypes. ⦁ Help HW team set up test environments using Python GPIB environment.

⦁ Responsible for DDC controllers and thermostat products design and testing. ⦁ Analyze system requirements, determine the feasibility of the project and work out an overall plan with PM. ⦁ Work out test plan for external PCBA manufacturer and support the setting of the testing environment. ⦁ Develop the basic SW driver to verify the HW functionalities. ⦁ Carry out EMC and environment-related tests. ⦁ Study the new Ethernet topology and PLC technologies for the next-generation products and made prototypes.

⦁ Responsible for company products' HW architecture design. ⦁ Workout schedule for the management team to review. ⦁ Lead the HW and ME engineers to complete the development and testing tasks. ⦁ Provide creative technical solutions to solve complex engineering challenges. ⦁ Evaluate the performance and work of team members. ⦁ Find and evaluate external PCBA and tooling suppliers. ⦁ Work with external PCBA suppliers closely for the PCBA manufacturing and testing. ⦁ Mentoring less experienced members.
