Participating in the development plans of projects, annual business plans and financial plans. Coordinating and implementing project meetings (including pre-preparations, meeting minutes, follow-up work, etc.). Translating all relevant documents (including contractual agreements, financial data, marketing plans, etc.) Keeping abreast of the external information related to the project and being in touch with the management team.

Participating in a series of transactions in respect of inbound and outbound (Hongkong, Singapore, and East Asia) investment and M&A, including conducting legal due diligence investigations, attending negotiation, providing legal opinion on the legality and enforceability of the transaction, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, advising on cross-border guarantee matters, as well as providing advice on compliance issues and governmental approvals under PRC laws, etc.
