Tasks: - identifying and approaching candidates for specific career opportunities in market using various channels and methodologies - executing different headhunting, talent search and networking strategies - creating talent pools and pipelining - conducting phone screening in Polish, English, French and German.

- working closely with BMW automobile clients in Polish, English and German - processing orders and requests via telephone (concierge services) - analysing customers’ needs and providing immediate solutions - assisting in crisis (also life-threatening) situations
