Leading the DACH Business Development Team, I am responsible for the hiring strategy, training & coaching and general management of the team. I am also a member of the DACH Leadership Team, where I am co-responsible for driving cross-departmental collaboration with Sales and Marketing, in order to drive and scale the overall demand and pipeline generation in the DACH region, whilst insuring that we continue to increase our conversion to revenue rate.
