DynatraceIn December 2014 Dynatrace became an independent and private company following sale of publicly-traded Compuware to Thoma Bravo for $2.5B. I am appointed to manage the transition from a country based sales organization to a Nordic Franchise Owner setup for Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden as well as leading the team to target achievement. During my tenure we were recognized by Gartner as the #1 market share leader in Application Performance Management.
As Head of Alliances and Partners I was running our Channel business for the Nordics (15+ partners) as well as the Finnish Sales Office to expand revenue and channel business. This role included the management of existing accounts, scouting for new business opportunities, the development and implementation of a partner framework as well as on-boarding of new partners.
