The product manager in Chief Engineer Office of Huawei West Europe Regional HQ in Duesseldorf. I'm responsible for organizing the training activities and making market insight for telecom market in West Europe Region. I have a deep understanding of the market trend, the situation of market share, and the competition of telecom market in West Europe.

Back to Germany and taking charge of all the OSS-related projects of the West EU region. I am involved in all the OSS-related projects, including but not limited to the network management system, OSS integration, and SDN/NFV topics. I have a deep dive of the projects with Swisscom, Sunrise, Vodafone, etc. From Q4 of this year, I also participate the management of sales statistics. Therefore, I gain an overview and insight of the West EU telecom market.

This year, I have been staying in Switzerland for a long time, to communicate with all the three telecom operators, Swisscom, Sunrise, and Orange, about the network management systems and OSS integrations. During this period, I have a chance to know some more details about the philosophy and architecture of the customers. Comparing with the previous experience before this year, I am focusing on the big picture of how customers build their network management systems and OSS and how to use them.

Responsible for supporting Western European sales management and customers in establishing, developing and closing business opportunities of U2000, which is a Network Management system managing all equipment from Huawei Network product line. Having a deep understanding of mainstream OSS products, standards, and technologies in the OSS industry, by communicating with dozens of customers like the OSS-related experts from Deutsch Telecom, Vodafone, KPN, Orange, and so on.

Responsible for supporting oversea sales management and customers in establishing, developing and closing business opportunities of U2000, which is a Network Management system managing all equipment from Huawei Network product line, by business trips. I worked for the projects with Swisscom, Bharti India, OT in Egypt, and customers in Vietnam and Thailand.

To develop the Network Management System for Huawei's routers and switches by using Java and C++.

I was responsible for developing a monitoring and reporting system by using C# and .Net framework as a team leader. This system is a web-based data collecting and reporting system, including the data analysis and data mining functionalities. It was the first time that I was the team leader with 4 college students. In this project, I learnt a lot of not only the programming and designing skills but also organizing the development team.
