Wim Van Aken

As program manager I became responsible for developing the new programs of the school, next to managing the schools’ MBA program and programs of corporate clients. Other responsibilities include the implementation of a new communication strategy, full office management and budgeting. I report to the Dean.

As program coordinator I was responsible for coordinating the schools’ Executive MBA program, which included follow-up on content & faculty, managing the intake process of new students, steering the program secretaries and controlling the administration. I also coordinated the programs’ accreditation process and implemented the schools’ quality system. Furthermore I managed the programs of the schools’ corporate clients. I reported to the Dean.

As junior research assistant I was responsible for the data collection of several research projects involving research on Entrepreneurship and Corporate Entrepreneurship. This included both quantitative and qualitative research tasks. Furthermore I also did the administrative coordination (reporting, invoicing, relationship management) of the projects. In this function I reported to a team of researchers.
