Mapping the use and contents of the CMDB. After interviewing users of the CMDB and analysing the results, I have described the current situation in a data model. Following a presentation to the stakeholders regarding the identified issues, I have written an improvement plan for the set-up of the CMDB. In 2016 a project dedicated to reorganizing the CMDB has been started.

Measuring the CMMI maturity level. In order to determine the current CMMI maturity level, a number of employees have been surveyed to complete the CMMI self-assessment. Based on the results, I have described the current situation and improvement potential to gain a CMMI maturity level.
