My job is B2B business, good understand EU local customs, legal policies, integrate Local supplier resource, provide customs clearance/ truck / rail / ocean multi-model transportation solution in Europe. Good coordination with local suppler/Key account clients,on-time delivery assessment and analysis manage and improve internal process, SOP & KPI, etc cost control.

I was responsible of logistic department which lead 3 companies in KUKA China group, including customs related, cost control and supply chain management. customs compliance: bonded martial management KPI assessment Internal customs training and coordination Cost control: Annual budget/cost analysis & saving Supply chain management: manage 8,000 square meter warehouse/ inventory turnover controlling (spare parts & Raw material & finished Products) Inland and international transportation

My role was developing railway products & internal sales support in North China(seven Branch offices), help existing clients understand and promote railway products and tap more commercial value. including price management, coordinate supplier price forecast & analysis RFQ bidding,Key account support
