Take lead cross-function and multi-site teams for projects on global and Asia region, include developing application systems, ERP system implementation and global system technical upgrade, like Japan online sales system, Thailand SAP Cloud ERP system, develop global sourcing and purchasing approval system using TIBCO technology, China Jinan plant Global SAP system implementation and global SAP PI upgrade, also manage SAP system support and change request for plants in Asia region.

Take role of ERP system implementation and support for new plant, ensure users follow defined process flow, study business process and provide system solution match business requirement, Follow the standard project management methodology to manage projects, manage cross-function and cross-region team to deliver the project on time and on budget, Driving ERP Health check for plant. Based on the knowledge of business and application system, identify the area to be improved, work out solution then deployment.

Take lead global ERP project team and local consultant company team implement ERP system which cater to Group and local business requirement. Drive whole process for system go live, verify change request from key users and arrange development for required new functionalities, create and maintain business flow chart to instruct utilize ERP system efficiently together with functional teams, instruct and monitor users’ transactions in the system to ensure ERP system running smoothly.

Participated in the implementation of SAP ECC 6, take the role of internal PP&QM consultant provide support to users. Create standard procedure and user manuals to instruct users operate SAP transactions, monitor system and transaction to minimize user’s errors to ensure PP&QM modules running smoothly. Understands new business requirement and prepare Functional Specification and work closely with ABAPers complete development, test new functions and deployment, provide training and support to users.
