• Planning & managing material flow from warehouse to customers through effective communication with 3PL partners •Collaborating with internal SCM teams for process optimization projects • Actively participating in ERP integration and test run meetings, documenting standardized procedures for operational efficiency • Efficiently organizing outbounds from Germany to the newly established market in Italy, ensuring seamless & well coordinated operations to achieve organizational objectives

• Planning and executing inbounding of more than 5000 types of different products • Updating the procured material and the inventory count into the SAP system • Monitoring and coordinating with the 3PL partners to ensure on time deliveries • Preparing the goods receipt & forwarding it to the carrier and the consigner

• Planning of raw materials procurement as per the customer’s assembly line requirement by passive demand forecasting. • Process optimization by using Camunda software, to identify process weaknesses and implement new changes to reduce lead time. • Scheduling timely arrival of raw materials by communicating with suppliers to achieve maximum process efficiency and updating of same information in the company owned ERP system. • Planning timely dispatch of the products by communicating with 3PL partners.
