In charge of defining corporate purchasing strategy and executing it for all raw material and components needed for aesthetics and medical devices produced by Cocoon Medical. Responsible for frame contracts negotiation and supplier relation, search of new suppliers, sourcing of new project launch... in close collaboration with R&D and operations team. Successfully leaded SAP MRP implementation reducing supply shortage and significantly reducing inventory levels.

Responsible to deploy the short and long-term global procurement strategy, mananing annual spend of over 200Mio USD. Continuous seek of supply base optimization by screening the market, filling the gaps of current and future technical and commercial business needs algned with Core engineering. In parallel, continuous monitoring of existing supply base pursuing procurement excellence achieving yearly CR targets while manteining quality, delivery and timing standards.

Responsible lead buyer for over 10 automotive projects in paralel: Ensure all components (platics injection moulding, Rubber, Metal, lines, valves...) are purchased meeting expectations of each project timing, cost and quality requirements. Coordinate with project team and provide the right support at each project stage, from filling buy parts list pricing to customer quote, prototype build, project launch, components sourcing, series production to spare parts supply.

Responsible and only buyer at a 120Mio euros revenue manufacturing plant for indirect spend, which includes service&manteinance contracts, laboratoty equipments, auxiliar machinery, transport cost, office supplies... While being first escalation point for supplier logistics and invoice claims towards direct spend suppliers.

This degree gives a broad range engineering courses, from calculus, electronics, system controls, programming&simulations to mechanics; although, what I really learned and gained is analytical thanking, problem solving mindset and ability of working under pressure
