Responsible for the EU Fossil Watch Planning team for the Wholesale and Retail Channels. Assuring best product availabilities in the European Warehouse & Stores with Sales- and Buy forecasts according to OTB and Planning KPI's with a team of Planners per Channel. Collaborating with Headquarters in Dallas, productions in China, central Warehouse in Germany and internal departments such as Brand, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Opertations or country subsidiaries.

Responsible for Watches, Jewelry and Shades planning (Buys, replenishment and allocation strategies, inventories, OTB and reporting) of Fossil Brandstores in Europe, Fossil franchises and concessions stores of a total of 120 POS with a team of Planners and Merchandise Distributors.

Responsible for inventory, replenishment and sales of 80 department stores for brand/fashion watches and jewelry assortment.

Responsible of procurement, replenishment, inventory and sales of entire Soft- and Hardware assortment for 80 Department Stores in Switzerland, based at the Headquarters in Basel. Most stores had at that time Soft- and Hardware assortments in Toys AND Multimedia Departments, summing to approx. 120 POS locations in total. Additionaly, in 2007, taking over procurement for the Pet Stores departments within the group.

Sales Representative in different Regions in Switzerland. Responsible for Retail Stores like Migros, Media Markt, Coop, Manor, etc. and deciding on assortment to improve sales and control inventory.
