Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirement. 5. Assist in the supervision of the stock order procedures. 6. Create and monitor service contract and maintenance service contract Agreement. 7. Depending on the organisation, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media; 8. Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;

1. Overseas and local purchasing of supplies & materials. 2. Develop and manage distribution process 3. Recruit, lead, manage and motivate the sales team 4. Discuss P&L with dealers and support them to achieve the sales target 5. Review pricing structure to maintain competitiveness 6. Ensure technicians are adequately supplied with all parts and materials as needed. 7. Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirement.

• Seeking reliable vendor and suppliers from overseas and local to provide quality goods at reasonable prices • Reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, components and equipment • Design, develop and implement stock flow from Principal to customer or branches • Monitoring a stock position in warehouse and branches • Negotiating prices and contracts • Determining quantity and timing of deliveries • Forecasting upcoming demand.
