Developed technical handbooks and manuals for Metrobilling (smart meter data collection and billing) platform and PortaSwitch (an integrated platform for telecommunication service providers, wholesale carriers, ISP, MVNO/MVNE, etc.); Presented technical information in a way that can be easily understood and utilized by non-technical people; Worked as a part of the development team from the initial phase of requirement gathering to the product launch;

This was my first job after graduating from University. I provided technical support for the carrier-grade VoIP software solution (PortaSwitch). The solution was used by minor and major telecommunication service providers, wholesale carriers, ISP, MVNO, and NGN operators. The platform included a converged billing software system and a class 4-5 SIP softswitch with media application servers. I ensured proper operations of customers’ installations, performed OS, and software upgrades (FreeBSD, Linux).
