Leading PPC team to execute production planning of 30,000 PCs/day, held accountable for on time shipment, Less WIP, capacity utilization, optimum resource utilization (Garment per manpower), on time availability of raw materials (Fabric, Thread, Trims and packaging) and all pre-production activities (Trial Run, Pilot Run, Pre-production meeting etc.)

Evaluated Capacity with optimum equipment utilization & achieving 02-day WIP to build new plant on lean thinking. Initiated and executed production of trial project for new plant and ensured Product standardization activity as per customer requirement. Exercised hands-on approach for manpower management on the basis of Skill Level and Matrix. Served as a resource in all efforts for production bulletin as per SAM for each operation.

Rendered strategic leadership to a team for developing Single excel file for data analysis of different plant. Implemented AHP for supplier selection and evaluation. Delivered training on Quality Control Circles and their implementation and implementation of sampling methods. Designed departmental structure of the QAD. Devised SOC for data analysis and process improvement.

Executed production of 8000 Dzns/day in finishing. Implemented Style bulletin to achieve production as per target. Increased productivity by eliminating waste through application of lean practices (KAIZEN, SMED, and PDCA).
