Responsible for the development of a business case with quantified monetary benefits that help create a value-based strategy for Digital transformation on the basis of S/4HANA move. Meanwhile, it interacts and presents to SAP customers/prospects/partners.

My knowledge in S/4HANA upgrade & migration projects in addition to hands-on experience in greenfield implementation for S/4HANA, helped me to be part of the sales enablement team helping prospects/customers to define business objectives, creating a roadmap for digital transformation in the context of S/4HANA.

As a senior SAP CRM consultant, I was part of SAP practice in IBM delivery center working in implementations and rollouts with global & regional scale, then promoted to be a service area lead for SAP SD / CRM / Hybris functional areas responsible to develop/upskill my team to the emerging digital skills after being a certified Hybris business analyst. Meanwhile, enable the delivery capacity for S/4HANA transformation projects.

Based on my implementation experience & communication skills, I was nominated by the management to contribute to project management role in strategic & complex implementation with Saudi university.

Working as SAP CRM consultant with multinational teams from IBM & SIEMENS in consortium model to deliver projects in Saudi & Emirates. Helping the company expansion vision by leading presales activities as SAP functional team lead to building a roadmap based on business objectives and priorities.

Based on my fast-growing knowledge & experience. I have been promoted as a senior consultant leading SAP CRM domain. Meanwhile, I was responsible for presales activities to create demos and propose technical solutions.

I started my SAP career by self-study for SD & CRM modules, as a result, I got my first certificate as SAP CRM consultant. Started my hands-on experience in implementations as a junior consultant.
