 Establish production facility including design, develop, implementation and qualification of production line and equipment.  Establishing QMS for the company including ISO 9001 certification, APQP, PPAP, REL, ORT testing, etc.  ERP –SAP solutions implementation and integration for the company including PLM and PDM systems.  Lean manufacturing techniques implementations such as 5S, poke yoke, Kanban, Kaizen, etc  Manage EMS suppliers for schedule and technical deliveries.

Co-ordinate all the internal activities at NPI phase (RFQ to MP).  Provide manufacturing feasible solutions during quotation phase and execute at product development phase.  Review engineering data at quotation phase and optimize wherever is applicable.  Review DFM from various technical departments and present to customer.  Contact window between customer and internal technical team for all technical activities.  Propose and set up automation solutions for high volume products.

 Suggesting the cost effective designs to customers for the requested CMF.  Receiving the original ID/CMF from customer and developing the internal mechanical structure of the system considering the robustness of the product.  Review the manufacturing feasibility of all the components with respect to the cosmetic requirements.  Evaluation of DFM reports and sharing the technical knowledge with vendors for the plastic, wood and metal parts tooling manufacturability.

 Management of complete tooling and assembly development program of automotive interior components such as air-vents (air registers), Arm rest, Knee pads, Cluster bezels etc. Activities including tool design, manufacturing, development, assembly line design, assembly process setup and debug.  Total responsibility of program from tooling launch to start of production.

 Design of electrodes for mould core, cavities and slides of mould using Pro-E wildfire 2.  Generation of CNC Programming for Electric Discharge Machines (EDM) using CAD/CAM Technology.  Machining of core, cavity and slides, and assembling of new moulds.  Repair and periodic maintenance of production mould tools.
