Main activities includes managing the project resource and budgets, ensuring the projects deliver the net trade sales and gross profit for the business, timeplan, negotiating with relevant parties to get alignment on project targets and leading the design, commercialization and production process to launch the project.
Introduced this department into Beiersdorf and built a team to project manage all NPD within the Supply Chain organisation. Team members were key partners to the global NPD global team on all the Nivea, Eucerin and Labello Brands.
Manage the Lip & Nail category packaging development of Nivea Beauté – the most strategic brand within the Nivea brand portfolio to achieve future growth. Beauté is also the most exciting brand for Beiersdorf.
Manage packaging development within the International NPD team and coordinating timely production & delivery to our manufacturing plants worldwide.
