After a restructuring in ARCTIC, the whole R&D team has been combined in one unique team which has been placed under my supervision. My responsabilities are now covering the entire company portfolio and range from the initial product concept all the way to mass production. I follow up the company website development and maintenance. The company IT infrastructure is as well under my supervision. As a member of the direction, I as well take part in the company strategic decisions and roadmap definition.

Responsibility for ARCTIC's consumer electronics strategy and product direction. Lead the product development starting from initial concept to mass production. Responsibility for all HR related issues in the Consumer electronics department. Management of 8 engineers in different fields (Industrial Designers, Mechanical and Electronics Engineers, Purchasers). Supervise the IT infrastructure of ARCTIC : Server maintenance plans, workstation policies,...

Responsibility for ARCTIC's consumer electronics and ARCTIC Hobby strategy and product direction. Lead the product development starting from market analysis, feasibility study, design, testing, sourcing, scheduling, negotiations until series production. Responsibility for all HR related issues in the Consumer electronics and Hobby department such as replacement, hiring, termination, additional training and educational matters and annual performance reviews. Management of 5 engineers.

Management of the EMS suppliers : set-up the line in partnership with EMS team, schedule the different production, solve the quality issues during production start. Following of the tooling development in supplier side for plastic and metal parts. Management of suppliers for other custom parts (cables, fastenings...). Synchronization of the different departments (tests, logistics, purchasing…) to ensure a smooth production beginning. Management of 6 Chinese engineers.

Job description : Following of the Chinese suppliers to ensure a smooth start of production. Many trip to factory to follow the different production runs. / Achievements : Creation of an automated BOM treatment tool.(manual treatment = 4 hours, with the tool = less than 5 minutes), Successful start of 5 projects.

Job Description : Following of the project modification and the price impact. Discussion with customer. Management of the investment and in charge of claiming back to customer. / Achievements : Decrease of the open issues (conflicts between customer and us) from more than 700000 euros to less than 100000 euros Implementation of an existing tool to track the commercial margin and estimate their annual impact.
