- Plans and directs procurement activities in the assigned country or region. - Is responsible for entire process related to requests for tender, selection tables and contracts. - Is responsible for supplier relationship management, supplier sourcing, performance evaluations and inspections/audits; based on KPI, identifies and acts on cost-saving opportunities; ensures that products and services are of proper quality. Draws up the regional and global supplier databases. - Manages the procurement staff.

- Is Responsible for sourcing, pre-qualifications and performance evaluation of suppliers, subcontractors, and inspection agencies. - - Prepares tender packages. Manages tenders, analyzes bids, generates evaluation reports & selection tables. Issues Purchase Orders, changes and claims to the final closeout of service agreement or contract. - Is Responsible for Expediting, Contract execution and Fulfillment to ensure contract’s deliverables on time in full.

- Responsible for managing Oil & Gas and Mining Projects operations through various ports globally by ocean Break Bulk, barge, multimodal, air and ground. - Responsible for International logistics operations, warehouse operations, import & export documentation and compliance including Letters of Credit, service procurement, vendor management, price negotiations, RFQ’s, and KPI’s. - Contract administration and expediting to ensure contractor’s fulfillment of contractual obligations

 Responsible for purchasing, inventory, logistics operations activities and 3PL relationships.  Focuse on KPIs and LEAN practices, developed action plans and decisions.  Deal with inventory discrepancies to understand the root cause and strived for 100% accuracy.  Follow up on complaints, shortages, and damages, investigate and process claims with insurance company when applicable.  Conduct price negotiations with suppliers and carriers.
