The first team for technology development and transfer. • Research into and teach device physics of FinFETs and inverters. • Analyze WAT correlations such as the one between Gamma and DIBL of FinFETs • Write excel macros to query, calculate and analyze WAT data. • Handle PRS wafers to verify technology transfer.

• Maintain and develop N4 & N5 FEOL process flow. • Research fin bending and wiggling issues of N4 technology. • Work closely with process module and metrology teams. • Write an excel macro to analyze process data.
