Being an Owner of DWH (dbSMART), performed migrations including hardware, software, DR sites. Define Test strategies, prepared test plans and co-ordinated testing such as E2E, F2B for all environments from DEV until PROD globally. Reduced costs by negotiating vendor contracts & restructured Offshore Technical Service Centres transforming it into a synergized, integrated support centre (Smart Sourcing).

Ensured development of achievable client project goals, managing client expectations throughout project lifecycle. Project quality assurance across areas of expertise by administration, monitoring, patch management, tuning. Clone database for test and training purpose.

Analysed business needs on technical and organizational levels and deliver matching DWH solutions. Implemented ERP projects & integrated with SAP to meet various B2B demands. Monthly project reviews, participatory impact assessments to record and report progress. Revise the project log matrix, indicators and monitoring mechanisms. Participated in many testing missions prior to new releases
