Controls • Perform SOX test to check on the controls for the loan operations processes • Implemented 11 control reports for APAC loan operations • Review existing procedures to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and internal company policies • Initiated the monthly control pack and conduct weekly control meetings with Singapore and offshore team • Manage the offshore team for control report generation

• Liaise with legal counsel, front office, borrowers and investors to coordinate new deal closing and trade capture in Loan IQ. • Administer loan facilities, ensuring that funds are disbursed timely and loan details are booked accurately • Manage collaterals pledged to the deals, specifically margin call top-ups, Marked-to-Market and corporate actions activities •Monitor borrowers’ compliance with submission on financial covenants as well as maintain proper documentation in DebtDomain.
