• Develop and maintain customer relations; analyze and develop business opportunities between China and Germany for clients from multiple industries in international trading, logistics, distribution, manufacturing etc. • Set up working teams composed of multiple stakeholders to proceed according to product specification, international trade regulation, and customer requests on an aligned timeline and fee structure.

• Monitor and manage the complete logistics chain of the goods from the origin of production to the end-consumer. Specific work includes supplier and tender management, contract negotiation, order forecast, order placement, contract implementation, sea/air/land freight forwarding, documentation, customs clearance, and after-sales service. • Be responsible for customer service, customer complaints, emergency and crisis management after sales, and claim settlement accordingly.

Lead the Government Relation team to develop Chinese government relations at central and local levels 4. Lead the Public Relation team for traditional, digital and social media, KOL; Represent the company as the Spokesperson in national campaigns and events such as World Digestive Health Day, Fresh Dairy Week 5. Lead the Health Affair team for category marketing and consumer education
