High-speed and tool steel market research, contract management, complaint handling, sourcing of new potential partners Achievement: 1) 5 clients - all with quality claims, - decided to stay with the company after being transferred under my responsibility; 2) connections established with 20 new companies; 3) orders collected for the total sum of 150M USD.
