Implementation of an enterprise-level billing system (Java, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, Apache Kafka); Proactive 3rd level support of production billing system in collaboration with the vendor.

Proactive support of payment gateways (Astrex) and IT services (24/7/365); Development of web services for processing transactions (Java, Apache Tomcat, ISO 8385, ISO 20022); Investigating and resolving of incidents related to EMV transactions; Development of reports and stored procedures (Microsoft SQL Server).

Installation, development and incident management of the terminal network (ATM & POS); Interaction with the departments of the bank in areas related to the terminal equipment; Management of the relationships with outsourcing ATM and POS-terminal service companies.

Administration of network of the terminal equipment: 270 ATMs (Wincor-Nixdorf, Diebold, IBM) and 300 POS terminals (Hypercom, VeriFone, Ingenico); Working with the acquiring module of WAY4 System (OpenWay); Monitoring of the terminal equipment transactions (DDC 912 and ISO 8583 message protocols); Creating configuration and advertising campaigns for ATMs and POS-terminals.

Administration of the regional network of the terminal equipment: 60 ATMs (Wincor-Nixdorf, Diebold) and 30 POS terminals (Hypercom, VeriFone) and the video surveillance server; Interaction with the departments of the bank in areas related to the terminal equipment; Providing technical support of the ATM and POS-terminal software (ProDDC, TCS, OmniPOS); Management of the relationships with outsourcing ATM service companies.

Installation, repairing and servicing of ATMs (Wincor-Nixdorf); Providing technical support of the ATM software ProTopas (ProDDC); Providing service visits to clients' ATMs.
