Collaboration with elevators: conclusion of keeping agreement, organization of on-time shipment.

Responsible for organization of sales department work, calculation of production profitability of import of fodder additive; establishment of trading network of milk replacer, premix, sunflower/soya cake and meal, amino and fatty acids on the territory of central Ukraine; work with farming; work with custom; logistics managing.

The control for the execution of the group’s export and import operation’s , preparing accompanying documents on business agreements, construction the department budget, conducting the negotiations with the counteragents, registration and managing the client base, the work with fiscal, customs and permissive regional body in the foreign economic activity sphere, tax and finance planning. Operational experience with major trades on terms of EXW, FCA, DAF, CPT, FOB.

Studying of financial planning in the field of renewable energy projects (biogas), managing of operating process on the biogas factories, analysis of operating and logistics expenses during making Cash-Flow models, preparation of business plans for prospective financing objects on the territory of Vinnitsa region
