Working as independent expert through his own company Nowa Gazolina (established in 2003) focused on IT Advanced Services. Long term goal is to establish a new Servicing Center, enabling the technical infrastructure for planned new services: Disaster Recovery, Training & Consulting Center. Actually on a contractual basis is realizing IT Manager services for some insurances companies and agencies.

IT Director was reporting directly to President of Management Board. During 7-years activity realised many projects. The most crucial ones were aimed at company restructuring: IT systems centralisation, extracting reporting system from production databases, automation of interface procedures (between separate production systems), data migration and validation from previous to new central system.

This position within AIG structure encompass supervision of all Back-Office activity like Technical Support for Insurance Departments, Office Administration and MIS/IT. The Operations & Systems Manager has matrix reporting to President of AIG Poland locally and to Vice President Operations & Systems AIG CE&CIS-Division on corporate line

Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Geologicznych za Granicą „GEOPOL” (Overseas Geological Services „GEOPOL”) as Chief Engineer for Computer Services - the period from X.1987 to VI.1991 was connected with one extensive project: National Geological Database for ONIG (Office National de la Géologie – Geological Survey of Algeria), with both responsibilities: for part of the technical project (Drilling Database) and for all commercial operations.
