Emergency Short Message Service for Beijing Police Station. It was a project designed to receive, to storage, and to send short messages for Beijing Police Station. It was basically to implement two main short message protocols on TCP/IP layer, to maintain database to save short messages, and to investigate several methods/plans to filter spam messages.
